Brett Reeder rides one of Jay Hoggan's buckskin horses in a cowboy saddle while Monte Funkhouser and Mike Johnson look on. This photo was originally taken for the book "Cowboy Gear" to illustrate how the original cowboys rode big, tough, unbroken horses. It takes a heck of a good cowboy to ride a buckin' horse in a standard saddle and Brett Reeder is no ordinary cowboy.
