Spurs came to this country from North Africa, through Spain and into Mexico. The Mexican craftsmen took the art of making spurs to a new level. The spurs they crafted were and still are the most sought-after examples of silver and gold spurs in the world. This fine collection belongs to Danny Neil and was originally photographed for the book "The Spur."
